Pallet Flow Systems
Dynamic Storage Systems provide efficient space utilization by eliminating unnecessary aisles and providing up to 70% more space than conventional drive in/through systems. Dynamic Storage offers: FIFO (First-in-first-out) stock rotation, not FISH (First-in-Still-Here). Dynamic Storage offers reduced operating costs, accurate inventory control, reduced fork truck travel time and product damage or loss.

Single Plastic Wheel (SPW)

This single, high impact, engineered resin, plastic wheel configuration is exceedingly versatile and cost efficient. The single track can be utilized in conjunction with the double and triple track configuration, or by itself, in a single track
application.

Double Brake Channel (DBC)

The double staggered, high impact, engineered resin, plastic wheel track configuration provides a wide support area. The track allows for a variety of different pallets to be flowed, including GMA, Plastic, EURO, Slave, Boxes and Bags. The wheels can be configured on 2 inch, 3 inch or 4 inch centers depending on the support requirements and load.

"Big Boy"^TM is our patented wheel pattern brake mount track; patent numbers 340, 341 and 5,224,824. Designed to carry loads up to 5,000 pounds, this configuration can flow 3 bottom board pallets with as little as 10 inch of bottom board surface.
